Mandatory Webinar

Before you arrive in Alpine, you need to start preparing your pitch for Friday's Funder's Roundtable session. To help you, there is a webinar prepared for you hosted by Michelle Monse of the Carl B. and Florence E. King Foundation, and Laurie Johnson of the Nonprofit Management Center. All registrants, including multiple attendees from the same organization, are required to participate in the mandatory webinars. In addition to coaching about how to prepare for your pitch, we will also be providing general information about the Conference.

Funder's Profiles

Funder's Roundtable

The Funders’ Roundtable will be Friday morning, August 2nd. As a reminder, you will have an opportunity to make a 2-3 minute pitch. Funder's Profiles are being made available via the wtxrpd.org site for review in preparation for this event. As funders for the event are added, their profile sheets will be made available online.

‍Printed copies of the Funder's Profiles WILL NOT be available this year, so please download and print/access via a mobile device if necessary prior to attending event.

Intake Form

Lawyer Up!

Again this year, we will have Lawyer Up! where organizations can visit one-on-one with a pro-bono attorney from Texas C-Bar to address your organizations questions. This is quite an opportunity to ask get answers to your legal questions. Lawyer Up! will be open Wednesday, July 31st, 12:00 Noon – 5:00 PM and Thursday, August 1st, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Please complete the Intake Form and bring with you to RPD. When you register for the conference, you will have an opportunity to sign-up for a time slot during the conference.

Parking

Parking passes will be made available to all registered participants who are attending the event. Please download & print the pass below, and ensure you have it placed visible on your dashboard when you arrive at Sul Ross Campus.

Do you wish you had an IT expert? Now you do. Gary Hires, IT Director at Midland Shared Spaces will be meeting “one-on-one” to answer your agency’s IT questions.

Ask a Geek will be available Wednesday, July 31st, 12:00 PM– 5:00 PM and Thursday, August 1st, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
